DIFESA COMMERCIALE/ANTIDUMPING – AZIONI DI PAESI TERZI NEI CONFRONTI DELL’UE (AUSTRALIA– MAROCCO– INDIA)
Si riportano a seguire e in allegato le informazioni relative a procedimenti attivati da paesi terzi nei confronti dell’UE o di singoli Stati membri:
1) Australia – a seguito di indagine di riesame (rif. comunicazione su avvio procedura del 06.03.2019), estensione misure antidumping sulle importazioni di alcune tipologie di prodotti siderurgici (steel reinforcing bar) nei confronti della Spagna. Info di dettaglio allegate

2) Marocco – ad integrazione di quanto comunicato riguardo alle misure di salvaguardia definitive imposte sulle importazioni di tubi in ferro o acciaio (rif. informativa del 10.09.2020), si allega la Circolare delle Dogane marocchine che dispone la riscossione definitiva del dazio, indicando le circostanze specifiche in cui quest’ultimo non si applica.
3) India – notifica di chiusura procedimento antidumping riguardante le importazioni di Isononanolo (INA) ed Alcol 2 propileptanolo (2-PH) provenienti dall’UE (rif. comunicazione su avvio indagine del 18.07.2019).
