INTERNAZIONALIZZAZIONE | Difesa Commerciale Antidumping – Azioni di paesi terzi nei confronti dell’UE (Turchia; Madagascar; India)
Si riportano a seguire le informazioni relative a procedimenti attivati da paesi terzi nei confronti dell’UE o di singoli Stati membri:
1) TURCHIA – l’ufficio antidumping del MAECI (DGUE – Uff. X) comunica che le autorità turche hanno avviato procedura di revisione delle misure di salvaguardia riguardanti le importazioni di filato di nylon e altre poliammidi – introdotte nel 2019 (dettaglio codici doganali in tabella). Il provvedimento è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale turca del 26 gennaio 2022. Le parti interessate sono invitate a contattare le competenti Autorità turche nel più breve tempo possibile per la registrazione; eventuali commenti e osservazioni potranno essere presentati, esclusivamente in lingua turca, nei 30 giorni successivi alla data di pubblicazione del provvedimento (entro il 25 febbraio 2022).
In allegato le statistiche relative alle esportazioni europee dei prodotti in oggetto verso la Turchia nel periodo 2016-2021; avviso di apertura indagine (in lingua turca e traduzione di cortesia resa disponibile dalla Commissione europea).

3) INDIA – l’ufficio antidumping del MAECI (DGUE – Uff. X) comunica che le competenti Autorità indiane hanno recentemente stabilito di revocare il provvedimento, introdotto il 17 ottobre 2017, riguardante dazi antidumping sulle importazioni di prodotti piani preverniciati/colorati in acciaio legato o non legato dall’Unione Europea e Cina (rif. news del 28 luglio 2021 relativa all’avvio indagine di riesame).
